Buscamos **Planning data Analyst / Analista de Planificación** para realizar análisis y reportes que sean necesarios para garantizar el desarrollo e implementación de iniciativas de mayor eficiencia y mejora continua para la toma de decisiones, así mismo elaborar informes y tableros para el análisis de grandes volúmenes de datos en la gestión de la Cadena de Suministro en los diferentes níveles de la organización.

Funciones:

- Mantener actualizadas las diferentes bases de información, (ventas, productos, stock, inventarios, entre otros) su limpieza y validación para su utilización diaria para planificación.
- Realizar la reportería para el control y gestión diaria de los procesos, así como realizar los análisis que permitan optimizar los mismos.
- Crear y mantener en Excel (posteriormente en BI) tableros de control (dashboards), con los principales indicadores de cadena de suministro para la gestión y apoyo de decisiones gerenciales, garantizando su confiabilidad.
- Ser un pilar en las evaluaciones de proyectos estratégicos para facilitar la toma de decisiones entregando de manera simple y clara la información relevante para los mismos.
- Liderar reuniones con los usuarios de los reportes y tableros para levantamiento de mejoras, capacitaciones, y perfeccionamiento del sistema del control de gestión.

Requisitos indispensables:

- Formación profesional en Ingeniería Civil Industrial o área similar
- Mínimo 1 año de experiência en áreas de planificación y control de gestión / análisis y manejo de grandes bases de datos
- Nível avanzado de Excel para manejo de grandes volúmenes de datos e información.

Conocimientos deseables:

- Manejo SAP USUARIO
- Manejo de Herramientas tipo Dashboard -PowerBI / Qliksense
- Conocimiento en Python
