At Bechtel, our teams extract these vital resources to support net zero in a way which is more sustainable than ever before. **Job Summary**: In this role, you will lead a team as a Project Manager to develop goals, milestones, priorities, metrics, and execution plans. Your team will monitor customer feedback, compliance, and project performance, ensuring that safety and sustainability goals are integrated. Your innovative recommendations for high quality work will help ensure customer satisfaction and will support new business development. **Major Responsibilities**: - Being responsible for the management of assigned projects or functional areas. - Establishing teams and distributes the workload. - Serving in a consulting and advisory role as requested on department and/or special projects. - Providing counsel, guidance, and assistance in the areas of specialty. - Implementing strategies meant assisting the business in meeting its critical goals and objectives in the most efficient manner possible. - Setting and managing project/workstream expectations. - Evaluating and recommending changes to policies or procedures. - Ensuring work is completed on time and within established quality standards and provides reports to internal and external clients and/or project/functional sponsors. **Education and Experience Requirements**: Role requires a bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 15+ years of relevant experience or 19+ years of relevant work experience. **Required Knowledge and Skills**: - Previous Bechtel experience (preferred). - Large Scale Demolition experience. - Written & spoken Spanish fluency. - Written & spoken English fluency. **Total Rewards/Benefits**: For decades, Bechtel has worked to inspire the next generation of employees and beyond Because our teams face some of the world's toughest challenges, we offer robust benefits to ensure our people thrive.
