Specific responsibilities include:

- Develops large and complex modules and components of larger system designs. Completely develops low to medium complexity systems.
- Able to code effectively on any component within an end-to-end system (db, middleware, front end)
- Performs code review on Level I and Level II staff modules and components
- Has approval authority for Level I and Level II staff deliverables, and other duties as assigned
- Solid experience in understanding and reverse engineering on existing implementation
- Should be able to deliver modules using test driven development
- Implantation considerations based on refactoring, reusing, and reverse engineering of existing code
- Designs large and complex modules and components of larger system, completely designs low to medium complexity systems
- Should design components considering best practices, performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Produce design documents
- Performs design reviews for Level I and Level II staff designs and provides feedback and design support.
- Has design authority at module level for system design.
- And other duties as assigned
- Performs unit test planning and execution for own code
- Reviews Unit Test Plan and Results for Level I and Level II staff
- Defines Integration Test strategy and plan and other duties as assigned
- Expert in debugging code
- Analyzes and resolves moderate to complex production issues, defining approach and guidelines as required to resolve issue
- Level III support and other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional experience in software analysis, development, engineering, and support in a large corporate setting,
- 2+ years' experience mentoring and leading junior software engineers.
- Experience with various full cycle software development methodologies, tools, and practices
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience in:

- Metadata-driven development
- Knowledge of any source control system, IDE, issue tracking system
- Integrations using REST and SOAP API
- Platform Events
- Governor Limits and SFDC-specific best practices
- Data Loader/Workbench
- Complex DML operations
- Lightning Framework
- HTML / JavaScript / CSS
- Good understanding of Salesforce Security model (profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, etc.)
- Good Salesforce debugging skills (use of debug logs, APEX log replayer or APEX debugger)
- Complex SOQL & SOSL
- Custom Objects / Formula Fields / Validation Rules / Relationships
- Complex APEX (e.g., triggers, bulkification)
- Workflow
- Visuaforce

The typical salary range for this position is $100,000 to $147,000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus
