**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**

We are looking for an Innovation & Strategy Lead to join our Marketing team. We seek someone passionate about innovation, with strong analytical skills and a keen eye for market trends and consumer behavior in the hair, skin care, and deodorants categories.

**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES**
- Be responsible for deeply understanding the market and consumer movements in the hair, skin care, and deodorants categories, proposing the short and medium-term innovation pipeline for these categories.
- Manage project networks, ensuring the engagement of stakeholders from various areas and business groups to guarantee the On Time In Full (OTIF) delivery of innovation projects.
- Lead key projects for the development of the innovation and communication area, including challenges such as the growing understanding of digital platforms like TikTok and others relevant to our audience.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THE POSITION?**

**Experience**
- Proven experience in marketing
- Experience in Project management; alongside R&D, supply and Finance teams,

**Skills**
- Familiarity with digital platforms, especially TikTok, will be a differential;
- Fluency in English is required.

**Softskills**
- Organizational skills, critical thinking, and results orientation;
Interpersonal relationship skills, with the ability to engage different areas and stakeholders;
- Strategic vision and curiosity to anticipate trends and propose innovative solutions.
