Manager - High Radius Implementation

LOCATION

This role is responsible for leading a team of business system analysts through the design, testing, deployment and support of our implementation of High Radius (HRC) in North America

The High Radius solution will support the Credit, Collections, Deductions and Cash Application functions for North America. The solution will integrate with Salesforce, PeopleSoft and Workday.

The role will work closely with the business teams
_our customers_), technical staff and vendors throughout all phases of the implementation.

The role will oversee and support all aspects of delivery inclusive of planning, requirements, design, configuration, testing, deployment and production support.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Develop and lead a high functioning team, working to ensure they have the knowledge, experience and skills necessary to support the project Thoroughly understand the needs of customers, evaluate product features, and use this information to determine and recommend how business objectives can be met. Partner with business, senior leadership, other departments and vendors to develop and deliver against agreed upon priorities with exceptional quality and collaboration Draws on substantial experience to represent the voice of the customer to various teams throughout the project to ensure that the delivered products meet or exceed customer needs and objectives Use influence and expertise to promote an atmosphere of cohesiveness and focused collaboration between all the members of the team in the interest of driving the product forward

TYPICAL EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

- BA /BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience with implementing and supporting Financials with a focus on one or more of the following: Credit, Collections, Billing, AR, GL
- Working knowledge of various System Development Life Cycle methodologies (_e.g. agile, iterative, waterfall, etc_.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- An ability to establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Familiarity with project management processes and concepts
- Thorough knowledge of and demonstrated skills in use of software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Smartsheets, etc.
