Senior Product Owner at BairesDev

Step into the role of a Senior Product Owner, where you'll leverage your extensive experience in product management to handle more complex products and make strategic decisions. Your role involves advanced stakeholder management, mentoring junior product owners, and contributing significantly to the product strategy and vision.

What you will do
- Oversee the strategic development and lifecycle of one or more products, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor junior product owners and team members in Agile and product management best practices.
- Drive product vision and roadmap, communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Make critical decisions regarding product direction, features, and priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet market demands, usability standards, and financial goals.
- Evaluate product performance and user feedback, using insights to iterate and enhance product offerings.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in product management with a track record of successful product delivery.
- Advanced knowledge of Agile practices and ability to mentor others in Agile methodologies.
- Extensive experience in stakeholder management and negotiating product features.
- Strong analytical skills for market analysis, user feedback, and product performance.
- Demonstrated leadership in guiding product strategy and vision.
- Experience in managing complex products and addressing customer needs effectively.
- Advanced level of English.
