We are looking for a Mechanical technician to join our team:
Based in Santiago, Chile, reporting to Maintenance Head, you will be responsible for Mechanical maintenance, in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
Responsible for executing all the tasks associated with the Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Mechanical Maintenance of machines and equipment according to the policies given by the Plant Management in this matter.
- Execute what is indicated in the Preventive Maintenance Checklist (LVMP) of Auxiliary Machines and Equipment.
- Complete the LVMP, indicating the tasks completed, the spare parts changed and the corresponding observations.
- Complete the Daily Activity Sheet (HDA) or the document that replaces it at the end of the shift.
- Propose improvements to the Preventive Maintenance checklists.
- Execute tasks associated with Mechanical Corrective Maintenance on Auxiliary Machines and Equipment.
- Execute tasks associated with Predictive Mechanical Maintenance in Auxiliary Machines and Equipment.
- Participate in the Root Cause Analysis (ACR) with antecedents that allow avoiding the recurrence of the failure.
