Regional Scaffolding Latin America Business Analyst

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Scaffolding Latin America Business Analyst. This role is crucial in driving our market expansion, optimizing operations, and identifying new business opportunities in the scaffolding industry across the Latin American region.
**Responsibilities**:
**Market Analysis**:
- Conduct and build on current comprehensive market analysis, including market trends, competitor analysis, and customer insights, to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Provide insightful reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommending strategic initiatives.
**Operations**:
- Evaluate and analyze operational product mix and performance
- Monitor and aid in intercompany material exchange
**Business Development**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business, financial forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Support the identification and evaluation of potential business opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions.
- Actively participate in client meetings and negotiations to drive business development efforts.
**Qualifications**:
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and verbal. Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a business analyst, market analyst, or similar role. Experience within the scaffolding industry or related construction field is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Willingness to travel within the Latin American region as required.
