As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will be a key contributor empowered to improve our overall digital performance by strategizing, creating, analyzing, improving, and leading digital marketing campaigns that will directly impact customer journeys across many offerings. You will also leverage your analytical skills to provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to uplevel the performance of our overall digital efforts across channels, regions, and partner practices.

We are looking for someone who is knowledgeable in digital marketing channels and how they play a crucial role in increasing brand awareness, content consumption, and lead generation and also has an interest in SaaS/B2B markets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Scope needs and opportunities to develop strategies that will drive and enhance our digital advertising efforts while coordinating with different members of the Growth team and multiple, global stakeholders. Additionally, create and source the necessary content
- Understand our martech infrastructure so you can troubleshoot issues, establish best practices across platforms, integrate tools, extract data, build automations, and recommend changes or reconfigure systems as needed
- Coordinate with data teams to develop and monitor dashboards by utilizing data from a variety of sources, helping us articulate the impact of our digital marketing efforts on revenue growth
- Present data to different audiences and collaborate with leaders to share new projects, insights, metrics, learnings, and more.
- Leverage lead and conversion data as well as attribution models to identify opportunities by channel, touchpoint, and audience segment presenting actionable insights to launch and lead marketing projects
- Develop experimentation hypotheses and implement rapid A/B testing projects
- Support SEO and organic media efforts by aligning paid media channels to current and new strategies
- Partner with the ecommerce team to forecast the business impact of upcoming roadmap initiatives to aid in prioritization decisions
- Research digital marketing trends, and how they can relate to our goals.

**Essential skills**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and writing skills - especially for complex technical concepts
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously working independently and with others
- Strong data analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

**Requirements**:

- ** 1-2 years of digital marketing **experience
- Experience with **ads manager platforms **(Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads or equivalent)
- Experience with **web analytics solutions **(Google Analytics or equivalent)
- Experience with **data layer and tag management solutions** (Google Tag Manager or equivalent)
- ** English fluency is required**:

- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL, MySQL, Oracle or Postgre)

**Good to have**:

- Experience with marketing automation/intelligence tools (HubSpot, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or equivalent)
- Experience working in B2B or SaaS companies
- Expertise with data visualization/modeling tools (Google Data Studio or equivalent)
- Knowledge of basic programming languages and frameworks
