- **Responsabilidades**:_
- **Liderazgo y Arquitectura en GenAI**: Diseño y entrega de aplicaciones GenAI sofisticadas orientadas al usuario, aprovechando soluciones avanzadas basadas en modelos de lenguaje (LLM) para satisfacer necesidades complejas de los clientes.
- **Desarrollo e Integración Backend**: Desarrollo de servicios backend robustos utilizando Python (FastAPI) para integrar LLMs en diversas plataformas.
- **Diseño Avanzado de Workflows**: Arquitectura de flujos de trabajo dinámicos, modulares y agentivos, incorporando técnicas de Generación Aumentada por Recuperación (RAG) con múltiples opciones de LLM (por ejemplo, OpenAI, Gemini, Claude).
- **Especialización en Ingeniería de Prompts**: Uso de técnicas avanzadas de prompts, incluidos patrones como React y Reflex, para optimizar las salidas de los LLM y mejorar significativamente la interacción del usuario.
- **Gestión de Datos y Modelos**: Integración y gestión de búsquedas vectoriales y almacenes de datos híbridos (por ejemplo, Pinecone, Elastic Search, Azure AI Search), además de la implementación de modelos de embeddings de última generación (por ejemplo, variantes de text-ada-embedding).
- **Despliegue y Gobernanza de IA**: Orquestación de despliegues en contenedores utilizando Kubernetes y Terraform; implementación de controles (guardrails) semánticos mediante herramientas como Langsmith y Datadog para una gobernanza y observabilidad robusta de la IA.
- **Mentoría y Guía Técnica**: Provisión de guía técnica sólida, fomento de buenas prácticas y mentoría a equipos de ingeniería en múltiples flujos de trabajo GenAI, asegurando calidad e innovación.

- Lenguajes: Dominio experto en Python; familiaridad con Go es una ventaja.
- Frameworks Web: Amplia experiência con FastAPI, Flask y Django.
- LLMs y Plataformas GenAI: Experiência práctica con OpenAI, Gemini y Claude.
- Metodologías GenAI: Conocimiento profundo y aplicación práctica de RAG (Generación Aumentada por Recuperación), Tree-of-Thoughts, Few-Shot Prompting y flujos de trabajo con agentes.
- Almacenes de Datos Vectoriales: Experiência con Azure AI Search, AWS OpenSearch, Pinecone y Elastic Search.
- Guardrails y Gobernanza: Conocimiento y experiência con Semantic Router, Nemo Guardrails, Azure Semantic Routers y Langsmith (Gobernanza de IA).
- Plataformas en la Nube: Competencia en al menos una plataforma de nube principal (Azure, AWS, GCP), con experiência en despliegues de IA basados en la nube.
- Librerías y Frameworks: Experiência con LangChain, LangGraph, NLTK, PyTorch y TensorFlow.
- DevOps y CI/CD: Familiaridad con Kubernetes, Terraform, CircleCI y Datadog para orquestación y monitoreo.
