You will ensure efficient and effective client delivery from an operational perspective. We’ll look to you to support a smooth and successful implementation of our operation in Chile, including participating in several projects and implementing operational initiatives around new products and services. Support own locations in important matters such as training, handling system, administrative tasks, technical and operational issues, and other tasks needed to keep business up and running. In this cross-functional role, you’ll liaise with customers, internal and external stakeholders, such as business, IT, legal counsel, administration, FLAs (front-line Associates), tax advisor, Agent Support, Customer Support, Settlement, and many other areas. You’ll ensure that processes associated with service delivery are consistently executed, reviewed, communicated, and monitored. You will also ensure compliance with the regulatory framework and focus on customer satisfaction. You’ll contribute towards the development and optimization of sales support tools, efficiently managing the agent network database, as well as performing and supporting database cleansing.

You have a good background in Chile’s regulatory landscape and have experience in successfully operating in a similar role, with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technology-focused stakeholders. You are a multi-task person, very organized, tech-savvy, and able to deal with multiple projects at the same time, knowing the difference between urgent and important. You are an experienced project manager with a keen analytical nature. You have process management experience and are an avid believer in change and improvements for the better. Knowledge handling Jira and Power BI will be nice to have. If you are a self-driven person, have a passion for challenges, and are eager to learn new things, this role is for you.
