***Department Overview**: Commercial Markets Support
**- Atender las Fallas que se produzcan en el Sistema y Realizar escalamiento deacuado en el caso que no puendan ser resueltas por el equipo Local de campo, todo ello siguiendo los procedimientos preestablecidos.
- Mantener actualizada la información tanto de infraestructura del sistema como de la red, diagramando las mismas y los equipos que la integran.
- Interiorizarse de incidentes o problemas repetitivos y apoyar en la busqueda una solución definitiva a los mismos.
- Revisar la información generada por los sistemas Motorola.
- Revisar la información generada por los sistemas anexos (Networking, energía, RF) u otros que apliquen.
- Desarrollar proyectos de mejoramiento del Sistema que permitan optimizar operacionalmente o en costos, el servicio provisto
- Recibir instrucciones de su líder respecto a proyectos específicos sobre las redes en operación o en desarrollo.
- Según requerimientos del cliente, realizar análisis de la red, apoyando en la detección de problemas y ofreciendo soluciones con el menor uso de recursos.
- Configurar los diferentes equipos de la red de manera de asegurar la operación con los SLA y níveles de KPI comprometidos.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Carrera de ingeniería en Electrónica, Eléctrica, Telecomunicaciones, Automatización y Control, Industrial, o carrera afin.
- Disponibilidad para trabajar en jornada 5X2
- Al menos 1 año de experiência en faenas mineras/forestales.
- Deseable Sistemas Motorola, Sistemas de radio, Sistemas y Tecnologías de Redes Computacionales (Networking), Sistemas computacionales (Office avanzado), deseable Conocimiento de sistemas de microondas, Tecnología de radiofrecuencia, Trabajo y Rescate en Altura Física y Geográfica.
- Licencia de conducción clase B es requerida.
