To Quant in Chile we are now looking for a Supply Chain Manager

**About the job**

With extensive experience in Maintenance in the Pulp & Paper Industry, the Supply Chain Manager must generate value to the purchasing and logistics process, through a correct technical and commercial management of the supply chain, developing and controlling the processes in a timely manner. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the procurement and logistics management of equipment, spare parts, parts and pieces, supplies, among others, as well as the procurement management of outsourced services subcontracts, from the identification of the requirement, creation of technical and administrative bases to open bidding processes with specialized maintenance companies, in order to ensure the operational continuity of the Client's plant. The Supply Chain Manager is in charge of establishing, directing and leading his team, composed of Purchasing Engineers specialized in their category.
- Manage, Coordinate and control correctly the Warehouse Logistics and Procurement processes, according to KPI, SLA, QUANT Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and control correctly the processes of Logistics and Warehouse Supply, according to KPI, SLA, QUANT Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and plan correctly the Logistics and Procurement processes, according to KPI, SLA, QUANT Policies and Procedures.
- Coordinate and Plan correctly the management and purchasing processes of specialized outsourced maintenance services.
- Generate Conforming Receipts in ERP SAP and AX Dynamics, according to KPI, SLA, QUANT Policies and Procedures.
- Plan, coordinate and participate in negotiation processes with Suppliers and Contractors (Fines, Delivery Deadlines, Payment Terms, long term contracts, etc.).
- Generate monthly Spending and Savings reports.
- Generate monthly Logistics and Procurement Management reports and possible action plans.

**Qualifications**

Industrial Civil Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical or related career with the functions of Procurement and Logistics in the Industrial Maintenance business.

**Knowledge and Experience**
- 5 years of experience in sourcing and logistics in maintenance in Pulp/Pulp and Paper Industry.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management Systems and Platforms.
- Knowledge of safety, occupational health and environmental regulations.
- Knowledge in Warehouse and Warehouse Management and Administration.
- Knowledge in Bidding Process Management with Specialized Maintenance Services.
- Knowledge in Equipment, Spare Parts, Parts and Pieces Purchasing Management (at local and international level).
- Knowledge in Audit Processes to the area, with focus on continuous improvement (Productivity Increase and Cost Optimization).
