- What you will be doing
Edit and maintain shipments (export, import, distributions) at World Courier Transport Management Systems
_ (Editar y mantener los envíos formales y de Courier (Exportaciones, importaciones y distribuciones) en el Sistema World Courier Transport Management Systems)_
- Perform a route review, specifically regarding to the selection and combination of different kinds of transport: Airplanes - vehicles.

- Give instructions to the Agents (pick up and deliver of the client shipments, deliver/pick up shipments in the courier company).

- Check shipments collected in the office and prepare them for transport.

- Make sure the shipment starts in a timely manner according to the preparation and delivery instructions and monitor it during transportation; react flexible to any deviation and solve any issue to guarantee de service is finished according to clients’ needs.

- Keep active communication with local and international stations of World Courier /Agents

- Configure and download the TT4 monitors and send the readings to our customers/Shippers and upload it in the job
- To prepare and organize the shipments of packaging material to our agents.

- Manage directly with Customs, SAG and Aerolinas, among others, all the necessary documentation to process imports and exports

- Take control of the services of airport providers. (Llevar el control de los servicios de proveedores de aeropuerto)
