Your next challenge
In the middle of Pluxee Business Transformation and Digitization, your mission is be focused on defining the country IT roadmap, driving convergence to Pluxee One Platform Architecture.
You will loot at boosting efficiency, industrializing, standardizing and harmonizing solutions to optimize build and run costs, reaching economies of scale
Focus on developing a multi-year roadmap per countries / region, managing global IT budgets and expeditures.
Contribute to mutualization of resources and service centers at global/regional level
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to support business objectives.
- Oversee all IT operations and ensure efficient and secure IT systems.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate technology solutions.
- Manage technology budgets and resources.
- Ensure compliance with technology standards and regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to the technology team.
You’re a match
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in IT, preferrably in global/multinational environments.
- 5+ years in a leadership role, ideally reporting to the CEO/C-level
- Experience working in Finantial and Payments companies is highly valued
- Experience working with Azure, Datadog, IAC (Infrastructure as a code), CICD (Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery/Deployment) ERP systems and cybersecurity tools, is highly valued.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent preferred. Cloud and Payment certification is ideal.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory for this role.
- Availability to work in a hybrid working scheme (Santiago, Chile).
- Technical Competencies: Architecture Design, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure Management, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Technology Strategy
- Behavioral Competencies: Leadership, Stakeholder Management, Flexibility, Communication skills, Strategic Decision-Making
