Visión general y principales funciones

Estamos buscando Un _Técnico Eléctrico Industrial _Para unirse a nuestro equipo.

Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al coordinador de mantenimiento, usted será responsable de ejecutar todas las tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Preventivo, Correctivo y Predictivo Mecánico y/o Eléctrico de máquinas y equipos de acuerdo a políticas dadas por la Gerencia Planta en esta materia.

Principales **Responsabilidades**:
01. Ejecutar lo indicado en la Lista de Verificación de Mantenimiento Preventivo (LVMP) de Máquinas y Equipos Auxiliares.

02. Completar la LVMP, indicando las tareas cumplidas, los repuestos cambiados y las observaciones que corresponda.

03. Completar la Hoja Diaria de Actividades (HDA) o el documento que la reemplace al final del turno.

04. Proponer mejoras a las listas de verificación del Mantenimiento Preventivo.

05. Ejecutar tareas asociadas al Mantenimiento Correctivo Mecánico en Máquinas y Equipos Auxiliares.

06. Participar en los Análisis de Causas Raíces (ACR) con antecedentes que permitan evitar la recurrencia de la falla.

07. Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la compañía.

08. Participar activamente de los programas y formación además de informar de cualquier asunto asociado (Incidentes, productos no conforme, falla de máquinas, riesgos potenciales, eventos ambientales, casi incidentes)

09. Liderar la seguridad en el puesto de trabajo, mantener una conducta segura y comprometerse con su seguridad para llevarla más allá de la compañía.

10. Realizar actividades en altura física, sobre 1,8 metros.

¿A quién buscamos?

Buscamos un trabajador con las siguientes habilidades:

- Técnico nível superior en Electricidad Industrial, Electromecánico,
- 2 a 5 años de experiência en cargos relacionados.
- Conocimiento específico en motores eléctricos.
- Conocimiento de rectificadores controlados.
- Conocimiento de variadores de frecuencia.
- Conocimiento de controladores PID
- Conocimiento en autómatas programables (PLC).
- Conocimiento de circuito de control.
- Conocimiento de instrumentos.
- Manejo de grua horquilla clase D. (Deseable)

Overview and Main Functions

We are seeking an Industrial Electrical Technician to join our team.

Based in Santiago, Chile, and reporting to the Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with Mechanical and/or Electrical Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive Maintenance of machines and equipment, in accordance with the policies established by the Plant Management.

Main Responsibilities

Execute the activities indicated in the Preventive Maintenance Checklist (PMCL) for Machines and Auxiliary Equipment.

Complete the PMCL, indicating tasks performed, parts replaced, and any relevant observations.

Complete the Daily Activity Sheet (DAS) or its replacement document at the end of each shift.

Propose improvements to the Preventive Maintenance checklists.

Carry out tasks related to Mechanical Corrective Maintenance on Machines and Auxiliary Equipment.

Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) by providing information to help prevent recurrence of failures.

Comply with the company's safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.

Actively participate in programs and training, and report any related issues (incidents, non‑conforming products, machine failures, potential risks, environmental events, near misses).

Promote and lead safety at the workplace, maintain safe conduct, and remain fully committed to personal and organizational safety.

Perform activities at physical heights above 1.8 meters.

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications:

- Higher Technical Degree in Industrial Electricity, Electromechanics, or related fields.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
- Specific knowledge of electric motors.
- Knowledge of controlled rectifiers.
- Knowledge of variable‑frequency drives.
- Knowledge of PID controllers.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLC).
- Knowledge of control circuits.
- Knowledge of instrumentation.
- Operation of Class D forklift (desirable).
