Are you passionate about ensuring efficient product supply across international markets? Do you thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts the health of millions? This is your opportunity to join our team as an **Export Markets Planner**.
**Your Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure product availability and coverage in Argentina, Colombia, Paraguay, Peru, and Uruguay.
- Plan short-, mid-, and long-term supply aligned with lead times from both Sandoz and third-party manufacturing sites.
- Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) with manufacturing sites and clients, ensuring effective end-to-end communication.
- Implement the collaborative S&BP cycle with distribution markets, identifying demand variations and new business opportunities.
- Timely upload of monthly purchase orders according to site lead times.
- Daily follow-up of purchase orders with origin sites.
- Lead regular follow-up routines with clients in export markets.
- Request invoicing processes from the OM team in Panama, ensuring compliance with GxQEM quality standards.
**KPI**:Export market sales, APO vs TGT variation, invoice accuracy vs LO, and reduction of SKU stock-outs.
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
**Essential Requirements**:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in purchasing products and/or materials (raw materials and packaging).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food industry.
- Advanced English (C1 level).
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and clients, driving decision-making.
- Excellent analytical skills and agile problem-solving.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence and mobilize teams.
**Desirable Requirements**:
- Previous experience in export planning.
- Familiarity with GxP or similar quality systems.
