Prestigiosa empresa de productos y servicios ubicada en San Bernardo, requiere incorporar a su equipo a Customer Service, quien será el responsable de liderar un equipo, siendo a su vez el responsable de la realización de tareas tales como:

- Fortalecer la relación con los clientes, optimizar procesos, elevar la satisfacción y garantizar una experiencia diferenciada en cada punto de contacto.
- Supervisar, acompañar y desarrollar al equipo.
- Mantener exactitud en precios, descuentos e información comercial.
- Monitorear experiencia completa del cliente.
- Implementar mejoras basadas en NPS y datos.
- Asegurar actualización constante en productos, políticas y sistemas.
- Trabajar con clientes clave del sector, entre otros.

Requisitos:
- Título profesional en Administración, Ingeniería Comercial, Comunicación, Marketing o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 8 años de experiencia en Customer Service o Customer Experience.
- Manejo del idioma inglés en nivel medio-avanzado (requisito excluyente)
- Ideal experiencia en industria de manufactura.
- Experiencia liderando equipos.
- Conocimientos en CRM, mejora continua y herramientas digitales.
