Key responsibilities:

Responsible for growing business, providing market insights, and helping central teams to deliver market share growth.

There will be 2 phases in the development of the role and the brand, as currently the market is unregulated, but we expect formal regulation between Q4 2026-Q1 2027. Once the brand operates under a legal framework and holds a license, the strategy and media we have access to will change significantly.

Working with the internal marketing team, the internal design studio, and external advertising agencies (as required) to lead the development and execution of all relevant offline and digital marketing campaign assets based on the approved yearly marketing communications strategy, including all applicable testing and optimisation.

ATL activity is currently defined as TV, radio, sponsorships, out-of-home, DM/door drop advertising – plus other offline channels as defined by the evolution of the yearly media strategy

Digital marketing includes PPC search and paid social (including influencers and UGC), connected TV, programmatic, app install campaigns, email campaigns, organic social media, native ads – among others.

Briefs to internal agencies, in-house media teams or creative studio.

Writing ad hoc tactical and strategic agency briefs for all required upper funnel and performance campaigns.

Manage agency briefing and overall creative development process from briefing to ad production, ensuring all ads are delivered on time, to brief and on budget – approved by all the relevant internal stakeholders.

Develop a BTL strategy to build strategic alliances with brands, properties or locations to take the brand close to affinity audiences

Ongoing reporting of marketing campaigns’ performance and optimization.

Through adequate management of the yearly marketing budget meet monthly, quarterly and yearly CPAs, channels’ ROI.

Monitor the media strategies/communication /CRM practices of competing online casinos/sports betting companies (and other verticals) to define use cases and use insights to drive ongoing strategy improvements

Be the company´s eyes in the geo- by supporting central departments (CRM, product, payment processing etc) whilst ensuring companywide awareness of all relevant innovations in competitors, suggesting and proposing implementations in our product offering to surpass competitors.

Support the company throughout the licensing process, in coordination with Compliance/local lawyers to make sure we´re aligned with documentation and deadlines.





Skills/experience required

+3 years’ experience in online gambling, as Marketing Manager/Digital Marketing Manager

Candidates with solid experience in related highly competitive and regulated e-commerce industries will also be considered (preference for digital companies performance oriented, digital startups, companies with strict regulatory pressure).

Specific experience managing Advertising and media agencies

Thorough understanding of the local media landscape including relationships with media owners and publishers.

Track record launching new brands into a highly competitive and regulated industry.

Hands on creative development experience

Ability to think both creatively and strategically.

Strong understanding of Chilean demographics, culture, and media consumer

Teamworking skills – the ability to build relationships internally and externally. Experience working with internal and external agencies and business partners.

Confident, with strong initiative and ability to multitask and deliver on time and on budget

Excellent analytical skills, written and verbal communication

Solid attention to detail

Native Spanish speaker. Proficiency in English, with ability to communicate in this language to the senior levels of the company.
