Hoy estamos buscando a un/a Property Manager Volante para sumarse a nuestro equipo. Será responsable de asegurar la operación y mantenimiento de los edificios, garantizando una atención de calidad a los residentes, altos estándares de servicio, eficiencia en los costos y la satisfacción de los usuarios.

Responsabilidades clave:
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de todas las obligaciones contractuales del personal del edificio.
  • Velar por el correcto mantenimiento del edificio.
  • Atender a los residentes del edificio en sus dudas, consultas y necesidades.
  • Administrar y programar el sistema de control de acceso y circulación interna.
  • Controlar de la mejor manera el flujo de correspondencia para los arrendatarios.
  • Mantener toda la documentación requerida para el edificio al día y disponible en caso de ser solicitadas por un fiscalizador.
Requisitos:
  • Título universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Administración, o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en administración de edificios o gestión de operaciones.
  • Conocimientos en estrategia de gerencia, manejo de recursos y control de presupuestos.
  • Alta orientación a resultados, servicio al cliente y mejora continua.

Requisitos para postulantes internos
