Professional with a background in Computer Science Engineer, Civil Engineering,Civil Industrial Engineering in Computer Science, or a related field, with at least 2 years of
experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles
preferably within the financial sector. Demonstrated track record of driving business impact through innovative and effective data solutions.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, effectively collaborating with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions that tell a clear and relevant story.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, ensuring quality and accuracy at every stage of the data management process.
  • Proactive mindset and focus on continuous improvement, contributing ideas and solutions that optimize processes and generate value for the organization.
  • Adaptability to work in dynamic, cross-functional environments, efficiently managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Professional experience required:

  • Analyst (0-3 yrs. of experience), Consultant (4-6 yrs. of experience).
  • Strong expertise in developing, automating, and orchestrating data pipelines
    (ETL/ELT).
  • Programming proficiency in
    Python
    , with experience using libraries such as
    Pandas
    and
    NumPy
    .
  • Advanced ability to write and optimize complex
    SQL
    queries focused on data analysis, modeling, and transformation.
  • Knowledge of
    Quality Assurance
    , including functional requirement analysis, test design and execution, and end-to-end automation using tools such as
    Selenium
    or
    Cypress
    .
  • Hands-on experience in the
    design, management, and evolution of cloud-based Data Warehouses
    , particularly
    Google BigQuery
    , and expertise with
    cloud infrastructure
    (GCP, AWS, Azure) for implementing and maintaining robust, scalable systems.
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining
    dashboards and reports
    using
    Business Intelligence
    platforms such as
    Looker
    ,
    Tableau
    , or
    Power BI
    , enabling data-driven decision-making through clear, business-oriented visualizations.
