¿Cuál será tu impacto?

Estamos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor Técnico para la industria minera, cuya misión será integrarse a nuestras operaciones y liderar equipos en terreno. El objetivo del cargo es garantizar la correcta ejecución de las tareas técnicas y asegurar la continuidad operacional, cumpliendo siempre con los más altos estándares de seguridad, calidad y eficiencia.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Coordinar las actividades planificadas en terreno y velar por la continuidad operativa.
  • Supervisar, capacita y movilizar al equipo que visita terreno.
  • Trabajar de la mano con el equipo HSE para supervisar actividades en terreno
  • Asegurarse de que todas las tareas se realicen de acuerdo con los estándares de seguridad y calidad establecidos.
  • Participar en la confección de los planes de trabajo asignado al equipo de terreno.

¿Qué buscamos?

Requisitos Excluyentes:

  • 5+ años de experiencia en la industria minera

  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia comprobable en mantención e implementación de:

  • Sistemas de CCTV

  • Fibra óptica
  • Cableado estructurado
  • Redes alámbricas e inalámbricas
  • Residencia Antofagasta o Calama
  • Disponibilidad para viajar desde regiones o Santiago

Requisitos Deseables:

  • Ingles básico
  • Certificacion Rigger
  • Certificacion de uso alzahombre eléctrico.
