Misión de la posición

Liderar la estrategia e implementación de Market Access y Public Affairs, articulando evidencia técnica, respaldo social y una sólida alineación con el entorno político-regulatorio local. Este rol será clave para asegurar el acceso oportuno de nuestras terapias, fortaleciendo la presencia institucional de Ferrer Chile dentro del ecosistema de salud nacional. 

Funciones 

  • Desarrollo y ejecución de las estrategias de Acceso a mercado alineados a los objetivos comerciales de la compañía.
  • Genera alianzas estratégicas con distintos stakeholders
  • Participa activamente en reuniones con instituciones públicas y privadas de salud.
  • Negocia con autoridades y pagadores (precios, reembolso y posicionamiento de nuestros medicamentos).
  • Gestiona de relaciones con Asociaciones de Pacientes (grupos de interés).
  • Manejo del journey del paciente según patología y orientación a pacientes con prescripción, para lograr el reembolso de nuestras terapias (GES, GES CAEC, Seguros complementarios, etc.).
  • Manejo y presentación de herramientas fármaco económicas de acuerdo a cada mercado relevante.
  • Necesidades de Acceso a mercado, preparando futuros lanzamientos/futuras indicaciones 


Requisitos

Si eres una persona empática, inquieta y optimista, Ferrer es tu empresa

  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Salud.
  • Deseable posgrado en Políticas Públicas, Salud Pública, Economía de la Salud, o Gestión Sanitaria.
  • 5 a 7 años de experiencia en Market Access, Public Affairs o roles similares dentro de la industria farmacéutica local. 
  • Trayectoria en la implementación de estrategias de acceso y posicionamiento institucional.

  • Habilidades de comunicación estratégica e influencia

  • Alta capacidad de negociación y gestión de relaciones externas.

  • Trabajo colaborativo y habilidades para operar en entornos complejos y cambiantes.
