Tu misión

Serás parte del equipo encargado de la
operación diaria de plataformas tecnológicas
, asegurando la
continuidad de los servicios
, apoyando la resolución de incidentes y colaborando en mejoras operativas junto a distintos equipos.


¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Monitorear servicios y plataformas para asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
  • Atender alertas e incidentes productivos, realizando análisis inicial y escalamiento cuando corresponda.
  • Ejecutar tareas operativas recurrentes y procedimientos definidos.
  • Apoyar la continuidad del servicio durante eventos o contingencias.
  • Coordinar con equipos técnicos y de negocio para informar estados y avances.
  • Documentar procedimientos operativos y apoyar capacitaciones internas.
  • Participar en iniciativas de mejora continua de la operación.


Lo que buscamos en ti:

  • Formación técnica o profesional en áreas TI.
  • Experiencia o interés en
    operación de sistemas, soporte productivo o monitoreo
    .
  • Conocimientos básicos de infraestructura, plataformas o servicios TI.
  • Deseable: nociones de prácticas modernas de operación (SRE, DevOps, Cloud).
  • Inglés intermedio (lectura).
  • Buenas habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
