Job Overview The Clinical Manager is responsible for supporting the quality, consistency, and operational excellence of clinical care delivery. This role bridges clinical expertise and operational execution, ensuring providers are supported, standards are followed, and patient care scales safely and efficiently.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone with a clinical background (MD, RN, or equivalent) who is comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, care teams, and leadership in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Oversight & QualitySupport adherence to clinical protocols, pathways, and standards of careMonitor clinical quality indicators and escalate risks or concerns proactivelyReview documentation and clinical workflows for accuracy and compliancePartner with Medical Directors on continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Provider Support & PerformanceServe as a point of contact for providers on clinical questions and care processesSupport provider onboarding, training, and ongoing clinical educationIdentify trends in provider performance and recommend improvementsFoster a culture of accountability, empathy, and high-quality care.
Operational CollaborationWork closely with Operations, Care Coordination, and Product teams to improve workflows.Help identify and fix "leaks" in the patient journey from a clinical perspectiveContribute to scaling initiatives by ensuring clinical readiness and feasibilitySupport audits, reporting, and data collection related to clinical performance.
Growth & Scale SupportEnsure clinical operations can scale safely as patient volume growsSupport new clinical programs, partnerships, or service lines as neededBalance patient-centered care with efficiency and sustainability.
Qualifications:Clinical degree (MD, RN, NP, or equivalent)Experience in clinical operations, care delivery, or clinical managementStrong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to guide teams in a fast-paced environmentComfort working with data, dashboards, and performance metrics to inform decisionsFamiliarity with healthcare compliance, quality standards, and clinical documentation requirementsStrong organizational and project management skills.
Nice to Haves:Experience in behavioral health, women's health, or integrated care modelsPrior experience in clinical management, supervision, or operationsFamiliarity with telehealth or digital health environmentsExperience working with US healthcare systems (a plus, if applicable).

Compensation & Benefits:Compensation Range: $1,500- $2,000 based on the individual's location, experience, qualifications, and applicable federal and state minimum wage requirements.Access to educational resources and a supportive community of like-minded professionals.
Interview Process HR Screen: The first phase involves an initial screening with HR. During this stage, we will discuss your experience, skills, and alignment with Luna Joy's values and culture. This step ensures that you meet the basic qualifications and provides an opportunity for you to learn more about the company and the role.
Second Phase with Hiring Manager: Candidates who pass the HR screen will move on to an interview with the Hiring Manager. In this phase, we dive deeper into your technical abilities, role-specific competencies, and how you approach challenges. The Hiring Manager will assess your fit within the team and your ability to contribute to Luna Joy's mission.
Offer Stage: After the second phase, successful candidates will move to the offer stage. We will present a formal offer that includes compensation, benefits, and any additional details about the role. This is also your opportunity to ask any final questions before making your decision.
Onboarding & Training: Once the offer is accepted, the onboarding process begins. You will be guided through setting up tools, learning about Luna Joy's systems and workflows, and engaging in any role-specific training.
