The Opportunity

We are seeking a fully onsite IT Admin Specialist to support our IT team in the Santiago office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and configure end-user devices, including laptops, software, operating systems, wireless access points, switches and firewalls, printers, and scanners.
  • Plan and perform scheduled maintenance upgrades.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Manage IT assets, equipment inventory, consumables, and supplies.
  • Respond to breakdowns, repair equipment, and replace faulty components.
  • Communicate with suppliers, service providers, and employees to identify and resolve technical problems.
  • Maintain accurate records of software licenses.
  • Create documentation and technical reports.
  • Provide support to other offices across different time zones.
  • Be available fully onsite.

Profiles We Are Seeking

  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or IT Administration role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Networks and Azure Office 365.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Basic administrative knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server.
  • Experience with Windows, macOS, and iOS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a high level of responsibility.
