(1) Financial Accounting

 - Book expenses on the accounting system (Microsoft AX) and make payments through firm-banking system (BB Swift).

 - Sharing documentation/evidences with local bookkeeping companies.

 - Review of Financial Statement from bookkeeping companies by monthly/quarterly/yearly according to Local GAAP & IFRS.

 - Reporting of FS to CTHC HQ Global Finance team.

 - Manage and filing official documents (RFPs/RFAs, Contracts such as DA, MPSA with Partners, all invoices, etc.).

 - Coordination yearly financial audit with external auditor as company's contact person.

 - Issues sales invoices according to the local law.

 - Develops, revises and adhere accounting systems, procedures and controls.

(2) Tax Accounting

 - Preparation and presentation of tax returns under Local Tax law (CIT, VAT, WHT, etc.)

(3) Finance (Treasury, Budget)

 - Manage and control the ordinary treasury task (Payment, Receipt).

 - Writing of Cash Plan & Report for company's operation.

 - Monitor the cash flow for company's operation by monthly.

 - Manage of corporate card settlement and bank reconciliation.

 - Manage and control all accounting and budgeting reports.
