2. About the Role

We are looking for a
Digital Marketing & Inbound Specialist
to lead digital marketing initiatives for
PeopleTray
across
APAC and America
.

You'll be part of VST's global marketing team, collaborating closely with PeopleTray to plan and execute strategies that boost brand visibility, attract qualified leads, and support expansion in these key international markets.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative, bilingual marketer with strong digital expertise and an interest in AI-powered tools and sustainability-driven industries.

3. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute
    inbound marketing campaigns
    to drive lead generation in Australia and Latin America.
  • Produce engaging, localized content in
    English and Spanish
    (blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, webinars).
  • Use
    AI tools
    (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, SurferSEO) to enhance content production, automation, and personalization.
  • Manage and optimize PeopleTray's
    website and SEO performance
    .
  • Lead and monitor
    paid media campaigns
    (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) targeted to regional audiences.
  • Track and report on KPIs using
    HubSpot
    , and other analytics tools.
  • Align messaging with PeopleTray's focus on
    remote workforce management and FIFO
    .
  • Maintain consistency with VST's broader
    sustainability and innovation positioning
    .

4. Requirements

  • Degree in
    Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
    .
  • 3+ years of experience
    in B2B digital marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
    , with strong writing and editing skills in both languages.
  • Skilled in
    HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush)
    .
  • Familiar with
    AI tools
    for content and campaign enhancement.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Self-driven and collaborative, with a global mindset.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in
    Australian or Latin American markets
    .
  • Familiarity with
    ESG, sustainability, or health & safety technology sectors
    .
  • Background in
    international go-to-market or localization campaigns
    .
