¿Qué buscamos?

Buscamos un/a profesional de Change Management que se sume a nuestro equipo, participando activamente en la gestión de procesos de transformación organizacional y adopción de nuevas iniciativas tecnológicas, culturales o estructurales dentro de la compañía.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de planificar, coordinar e implementar estrategias de cambio que promuevan la adopción efectiva por parte de los equipos, contribuyendo al éxito de los proyectos y al cumplimiento de los objetivos organizacionales.

¿Qué tareas deberá hacer el perfil que se sume?

  • Diseñar e implementar planes de gestión del cambio para proyectos estratégicos.
  • Elaborar estrategias de comunicación interna y actividades de engagement que faciliten la adopción del cambio.
  • Coordinar actividades de capacitación, sensibilización y acompañamiento a las áreas involucradas.
  • Identificar riesgos, resistencias y brechas en la adopción de nuevas iniciativas.
  • Monitorear y reportar el nivel de avance y efectividad de las estrategias de cambio.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con líderes de proyecto, equipos de RRHH y áreas técnicas.

¿Qué necesitamos?

  • Formación profesional en Psicología, Ingeniería Comercial, Administración, Sociología, Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 a 3 años en gestión del cambio organizacional o en proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Conocimientos en metodologías de gestión del cambio (ADKAR, Prosci, Kotter, etc.).
  • Deseable experiencia en proyectos multidisciplinarios o de transformación tecnológica.
