New Relic Expert / Performance Monitoring Specialist

Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled New Relic Expert to design, implement, and manage monitoring solutions for applications and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in New Relic tools, scripting, automation, and cloud technologies, with a strong understanding of application environments. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication across global teams.Key Responsibilities
  • Deploy and configure New Relic APM, Infrastructure, Browser, and Synthetic Monitoring.
  • Develop and maintain synthetic scripts for proactive monitoring.
  • Create and manage dashboards, alerts, workloads, and performance reports.
  • Integrate New Relic with CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and cloud platforms.
  • Automate monitoring workflows using Terraform and scripting.
  • Troubleshoot application and infrastructure performance issues.
  • Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams for optimization.
  • Ensure monitoring coverage across application environments.
Required Skills
  • Strong expertise in New Relic tools (APM, Infrastructure, Browser, Synthetic Monitoring).
  • Proficiency in synthetic scripting, shell scripting, and Terraform.
  • Experience with GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and automation.
  • Ability to design dashboards, alerts, workloads in New Relic.
  • Solid understanding of application environments and performance tuning.
  • Good knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure and AWS.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of NRQL for custom queries and insights.
  • Experience in DevOps/SRE environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
