RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

  • Inteligencia de políticas y entorno sociopolítico:
  • Monitorear y priorizar iniciativas legislativas, regulatorias y programáticas relevantes para el sistema de salud chileno.
  • Elaborar análisis y reportes ejecutivos que traduzcan tendencias en recomendaciones de política y planes de acción.
  • Producción de conocimiento y posicionamiento:
  • Contribuir en la preparación de investigaciones y análisis comparados de políticas sanitarias (Chile, LATAM y global); preparar informes, memorandos y documentos de trabajo con hallazgos y recomendaciones accionables.
  • Desarrollar narrativas y mensajes basados en evidencia para audiencias técnicas y no técnicas; preparar briefings y presentaciones para instancias internas y externas.
  • Articulación con pacientes y sociedad civil:
  • Ser punto de contacto y facilitador de relaciones con organizaciones de pacientes, sociedades civiles y ONGs, asegurando transparencia, trazabilidad y apego a compliance.
  • Co diseñar iniciativas, y proyectos colaborativos que fortalezcan la participación de la sociedad civil y su representación informada en políticas de salud, siempre en estricto cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas y la legislación local.
  • Gestión de stakeholders públicos:
  • Mantener relacionamiento técnico con autoridades y actores del sistema de salud, contribuyendo con insumos de política y evidencia independiente.
  • Coordinar agendas de participación en foros, consultas públicas y audiencias, velando por la coherencia de mensajes y materiales.
  • Trabajo interno cross-functional
  • Colaborar con equipos internos (Market Access, Asuntos Médicos, Regulación, Comercial, Legal) para apoyar estrategias de acceso público y procesos de evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias (HTA).

PERFIL REQUERIDO

  • Título profesional en Salud Pública, Ciencias de la Salud, Economía de la Salud, Políticas Públicas o áreas afines. Deseable postgrado o diplomado en salud pública.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en el sector salud (público o industria farmacéutica). Se valorará experiencia en roles públicos y en evaluación de tecnologías sanitarias (HTA).
  • Habilidades para análisis de políticas, redacción de informes y comunicación clara para audiencias técnicas y no técnicas.
  • Experiencia en relacionamiento con stakeholders y trabajo cross-functional.
  • Conocimientos del sistema de salud chileno y procesos de HTA; manejo avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas.
