Now in its fifth edition, Xepelin's Global MBA Internship Program offers high-potential talent a 10-week immersive experience within one of Latin America's fastest-growing B2B FinTech companies.

We're searching for curious, analytical, and bold thinkers—individuals who challenge the status quo, bring fresh perspectives, and thrive on solving complex problems alongside cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Onboarding & Immersion
Begin with a deep dive into Xepelin's culture, strategy, and Way of Working. Gain essential context on the business and the real challenge you'll tackle.

Hands-On Projects
Drive high-impact initiatives and strategic challenges embedded within one of our core teams.

Leadership Touchpoints
Regular sessions with senior leaders to align priorities, unblock obstacles, and sharpen your strategic thinking.

Mentorship & Feedback
Receive dedicated guidance on structuring insights, validating hypotheses, and delivering measurable outcomes.

Final Presentation
Present your project and recommendations to our Senior Leadership Team, followed by a structured feedback session.

Where You'll Work
Based in Chile or Mexico City , you'll collaborate across key functions including Financing, Portfolio, Risk, Business Development, Growth, Revenue, Operations, Product, Tech & Data, and more.

This is a truly cross-functional experience—you'll gain direct exposure to how a regional fintech operates and scales.

What We Are Looking For

First-year MBA students from top-tier business schools
Advanced proficiency in Spanish
4+ years of experience in investment banking, strategic consulting, private equity, venture capital, or high-growth Start-Up/Scale-Up environments
Ability to dive deep into complex details and formulate clear strategies
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage AI and emerging technologies to solve complex business problems
Results-oriented approach combined with genuine curiosity and adaptability
Proven ability to collaborate across multiple functional teams

Stages of the Process

Bar Raiser interview
Final interview with our CEO & Co-Founder
The recruiting process will be conducted in Spanish and is scheduled between February and May. Selected candidates can expect confirmation by May, with the program launching in mid-June
