Job Description
Provide financial planning and analysis support to Olympus' financial organization and business groups. The position will focus on budgeting and forecasting, analysis of monthly financial results, financial modelling, and financial support to business partners.

Job Duties

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for senior management, presenting the company's financial status, cash flow, profitability and performance analysis using key indicators (KPIs), including analytical comments and recommendations.
  • Support the standardization of financial analysis, reporting, and processes across the business's finance team.

  • Lead budget preparation, including ongoing annual forecasting in coordination with all functional areas, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Support business partners in financial modelling and special requests.
  • Create and update financial and business presentations that will be presented at all levels of the organization.
  • Create valuable financial models that can be used by the business to improve decision-making.
  • Fulfil all other essential functions assigned to it.

Job Qualifications
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, accounting, or equivalent knowledge required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance and financial modelling.
  • Experience with large databases.
  • Experience performing detailed analysis of financial reports.
  • Solid knowledge of PC tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong knowledge in Hyperion software, Power BI, AI.
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Ability to critically analyse and interpret financial data and generate key reports for all levels of management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities in an organized and efficient manner.
  • Critical thinking, high-quality work production, and adaptability to organizational changes.
  • Fluent in Spanish, English and possibly Portuguese.
  • Travel 20% of the time in region LAD.

Preferred:

  • Desired work experience in an internationally owned company, with a global perspective combined with experience in North America.
