We are currently looking for an experience Learning and Development professional to join our team in Chile.

The Senior Learning and Development Manager supports the development and implementation of our L&D strategy and solutions in ways that drive meaningful impact on both people and business performance — while remaining scalable and sustainable. This role leads and supports the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Signant Health learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Apply learning experience design and evaluation best practices to improve onboarding and L&D offerings
Lead, evaluate, and provide direction to L&D team members and functional SMEs on learning initiatives
Design and implement analytics and metrics to guide direction and measure business impact
Oversee learning implementation and evaluation to ensure measurable outcomes
Identify and implement opportunities to automate, simplify, and improve L&D processes
Document and educate the L&D organization on effectiveness and efficiency practices
Proactively research L&D trends and best practices to inform solutions
Conduct learning needs analyses and design practical tools, resources, and learning experiences

What You'll Need to Bring

Bachelor's degree in adult education, training, development, communications, or a related field
7+ years of experience leading others in a learning or education environment
Proven ability to manage projects from concept through delivery and evaluation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of online learning principles and processes
Advanced knowledge of learning analysis and evaluation tools
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with business applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, and Teams
