Integrated Management System Analyst (SGI)

This is an
analytical and technical role with functional leadership

audits, compliance, and continuous improvement

About the role

You will support and work closely with the SGI manager, ensuring the proper functioning and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System.

This role includes
leading internal audits
, participating in external audits, and interacting with clients from
highly regulated industries
.


The interview will be conducted in English.


Key responsibilities

  • Implement, maintain and improve the Integrated Management System (SGI).
  • Lead internal audits
    and participate in external audits.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and
    propose & implement corrective actions
    .
  • Manage non-conformities, root cause analysis and follow-up.
  • Maintain SGI documentation and coordinate with internal areas.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations.
  • Handle customer requirements, questionnaires and platforms (e.g. Tracegains).
  • Support customer complaints management.
  • Work with platforms such as
    ISOTools, EcoVadis, SMETA, COSMOS
    .


Requirements (mandatory)

  • Degree in Engineering in Management Control or Auditing / Accounting (Auditor)
    .
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
    , only if coming from a
    regulated industry
    and with
    audit experience
    .
  • Ideally 3–5 years of experience in SGI, quality or compliance roles.
  • Solid knowledge of
    ISO standards
    (9001, 14001, 45001, FSSC 22000, ISO 50001 or similar).
  • English level B1–B2 (interview in English)
    .
