Role Purpose

We're looking for a highly analytical and execution-driven marketer to build, run, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across multiple channels , Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) , and to explore new opportunities in emerging platforms such as TikTok or Spotify.The mission of this role is to turn paid media into predictable and measurable growth, designing full-funnel journeys from the first website visit to a qualified lead.This is a 100% hands-on role: you'll plan, launch, measure, and iterate campaigns yourself. We're not looking for a manager — we're looking for a doer with strategic judgment, technical precision, and an obsession for experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Design & Execution

  2. Set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

  3. Test and scale new channels such as TikTok, Spotify, Reddit, or others.
  4. Define audiences, targeting, budgets, bidding strategies, ad formats, and remarketing sequences.

  5. Collaborate with the creative team to adapt copy, visuals, and CTAs for each funnel stage.

  6. Optimization & Performance Analysis

  7. Monitor and optimize campaign performance daily to maximize CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

  8. Design and run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  9. Implement and refine Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies — identifying target accounts, customizing campaigns, and tracking account-level conversions.

  10. Identify what converts best by country, industry, or content type (e.g. a video ad that performs well on LinkedIn in Mexico but underperforms on Meta in Chile).

  11. Tracking & Analytics

  12. Set up and maintain measurement systems: GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs, conversion tracking, pixels, and event tracking.

  13. Build dashboards and reports that connect marketing performance to lead quality and pipeline impact.

  14. Turn data into actionable insights and concrete recommendations for improvement.

  15. Experimentation & Learning

  16. Launch rapid experiments based on hypotheses and measurable goals.

  17. Document results, learnings, and playbooks for scalable growth.
  18. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align insights and creative direction.

Ideal Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or digital agencies.
  • Proven mastery of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of ABM strategies and multi-channel remarketing.
  • Highly analytical mindset with command of key metrics (CTR, CPL, CAC, LTV, ROAS, Payback).
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar tools.
  • Ability to work independently, make data-driven decisions, and clearly present results.
  • Fast learner with a growth hacker mindset: curious, experimental, and results-oriented.
  • Intermediate to advanced English, native or advanced Spanish.
