What Is This Role Like?
As a Marketing Designer at Topsort, you will design and ship fast, clear, and high-impact digital experiences that help users understand, trust, and adopt our product. This role exists to turn complexity into simplicity, combining strong UX/UI thinking, exceptional visual taste, and video & motion storytelling to communicate value, drive adoption, and raise the bar of how our product and brand show up in the market.

In this role, you will:

• End-to-End Experience Design: Design digital experiences across product and web, from user flows and wireframes to pixel-perfect UI.
• Visual & Brand Execution: Create high-quality visual assets for product and marketing, including landing pages, web assets, campaigns, and brand materials.
• Video & Motion Storytelling: Produce and edit video and motion content for product storytelling, marketing, and brand communication.
• Interaction & Motion Design: Apply motion and interaction principles to elevate UX and bring experiences to life.
• Creative Quality & Taste: Ensure strong visual consistency while continuously pushing creative quality and design standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver fast, high-impact design.
• Trend & Tool Exploration: Stay ahead of UX/UI, visual, video, and digital trends, experimenting with new tools (including AI) to improve speed and output.

What We Think You Need to Be Successful - we're open to candidates who don't check every box but show strong potential

Core Requirements & Experience:

• 2+ years designing digital products, web experiences, or high-impact marketing surfaces.
• Strong UX/UI fundamentals: user flows, interaction design, and pixel-perfect UI.
• Proven, hands-on experience with video and motion design (non-negotiable).
• High visual bar and sharp design judgment — you know what "good" looks like and push for it.
• Ability to move fast, work end-to-end, and ship without heavy direction.
• Comfortable turning ambiguous problems into clear design solutions.
• Experience collaborating tightly with different teams.
• Fluency with modern design and motion tools (Figma + motion/video tools).
• Curious, self-driven, and always experimenting with better tools, workflows, and AI.

Bonus Points
- Experience in B2B SaaS, ad-tech, martech, or data platforms.
- Familiarity with retail, marketplaces, or media monetization.
- Fluency in additional languages beyond English.
