Responsibilities

Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence is looking to an Implementation analyst in Chile.

• Gestión, administración y configuración de la solución.

• Relación con el cliente (contacto con el cliente).

• Impartir capacitaciones y talleres a clientes.

• Ofrecer soluciones a problemas rutinarios de los clientes.

• Orientación y soporte al usuario.

• Compartir información relevante con el líder y los colegas. 

Education / Qualifications


Educación

• Título en ingeniería, análisis de sistemas o similar.


Experiencia

• Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia trabajando en un sector relevante o con tecnología similar en un puesto de soporte técnico/consultoría.Conocimientos técnicos

• Experiencia en proyectos de capital o implementación de soluciones.

• Se valorará la experiencia con comisionamiento.

• Se valorará la experiencia con integraciones mediante API.
