Misión
En Zelestra Latam estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Site Manager, para integrarse al equipo de Operaciones Chile, con base en nuestro Proyecto Aurora (cercano a Pozo Almonte, Región de Tarapacá).

Su principal misión será programar y conducir el Proyecto en Construcción en sitio por parte del equipo Zelestra Chile (SPV), contemplando el personal sitio, la gestión de recursos y plazos establecidos, de acuerdo con la planificación, la normativa vigente, los estándares y planes de seguridad y salud ocupacional, calidad y medio ambiente, y lineamientos internos de Zelestra. Todo lo anterior, para asegurar que el Proyecto se ejecute de manera segura y eficiente de cara a su puesta en marcha.

Responsabilidades

  • Coordinar los aspectos técnicos (civiles, eléctricos y mecánicos) de la construcción del proyecto y/o infraestructura de interconexión.
  • Programar y supervisar el cumplimiento de la planificación del trabajo a realizar en el sitio, administrando personal y materiales necesarios para este propósito.
  • Elaborar propuestas de procedimientos, técnicas, métodos y medios para mejorar el rendimiento y los resultados del proyecto.
  • Mantener comunicación con proveedores y contratistas, con foco en control de avances, gestión de recursos (compras, etc) y posibles desviaciones.
  • Sugerir y/o recomendar los aspectos económicos de la adjudicación de contratos a subcontratistas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los presupuestos.
  • Verificar el avance del procesamiento de permisos, licencias, y otras autorizaciones requeridas.
  • Realizar todas las actividades requeridas en materia de gestión de personas que involucran a su equipo (selección, onboarding, gestión del desempeño, entrega de retroalimentación, entre otras).

Requerimientos del puesto

  • Ingeniero(a) Civil o Ejecución Eléctrico(a), Mecánico(a) o formación afín.
  • Experiencia con al menos 10 años en desarrollo y/o construcción de proyectos de energía renovables.
  • Experiencia trabajando con clientes y proveedores internacionales.
  • Experiencia en construcción de sistemas de almacenamiento de energía (BESS) y las nuevas tecnologías.
  • Experiencia en evaluación, gestión y mitigación de riesgos relacionados con la ingeniería y los contratos de su área.
  • Experiencia en gestión directa con empleados, contratistas y subcontratistas.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Proyecto, en el horario establecido (jornada ordinaria).
  • Licencia de conducir clase B.
