About the Role
We are looking for a
Carrier KAM
with strong experience in the telecommunications industry and the ability to build and manage high-level strategic relationships with carriers. This role will lead commercial initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and ensure proper execution of GTM strategies and joint activities.
Key Responsibilities
Carrier Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with telecom operators.
- Lead communication and engagement activities with key clients.
- Strengthen brand visibility and support long-term collaboration.
Commercial Strategy & Joint Marketing
- Secure advantageous commercial terms with carriers.
- Lead joint marketing actions and product promotion initiatives.
- Support industry solution development for operators.
- Monitor technology trends, market evolution, and operator strategies.
- Ensure product availability and timely go-to-market execution.
GTM Strategy & Channel Management
- Develop GTM strategies, ST/SO targets, and channel coverage plans.
- Oversee deployment of commercial and retail strategies.
- Coordinate industry events and exhibitions to enhance brand presence.
- Maintain market order and ensure effective follow-up mechanisms.
Strategic Sales Support
- Support the company's global sales strategy and ensure healthy business operations.
- Provide market insights and data for strategic decision-making.
- Propose improvements and recommendations based on market analysis.
Requirements
- English C1
(daily working language – mandatory). - 5+ years of experience
in Carrier/Devices/Telecom roles. - Bachelor's degree
or higher in a relevant field. - Strong background in account management, business development, and operator relations.
Location:
On-site, Santiago
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30
Contract:
6 months + 6-month renewal
English Level:
C1 (required – used daily as a working language)
