This position is about understanding and elevating the user experience of EyeQuant, Quantsoft's AI-driven financial intelligence platform.

You will work directly with the Founder and product team to research, design, and implement a web experience that meets global usability and aesthetic standards.

Your role will combine psychological insight, user empathy, and design execution: you will interview users, observe how they interact with the product, and transform those insights into intuitive, elegant, and high-impact designs.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct user interviews and usability tests to understand needs, frustrations, and behavior patterns.
• Translate those insights into structured user journeys, personas, and experience maps.
• Redesign the visual and interactive layers of the iQuant website to ensure a fluid, intuitive, and emotionally engaging experience.
• Develop high-fidelity prototypes and collaborate closely with front-end developers for precise implementation.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system that reflects iQuant's brand and mission.

Success will be measured by:

• Clear improvement in user understanding, navigation efficiency, and satisfaction (measured through feedback and behavioral analytics).
• Consistent, elegant, and functional design across the entire user flow.
• Increased trust, engagement, and time on site due to superior usability and aesthetic coherence.
• Delivery of validated, data-driven design improvements supported by real user feedback.

We're looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer with deep understanding of human behavior, aesthetics, and digital product design. You should be equally comfortable researching user motivations and crafting elegant, high-impact interfaces that reflect global best practices.

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing end-to-end digital products or web platforms.
• Proven ability to lead UX research: user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and translating insights into actionable design.
• Advanced skills in visual design — mastery of color theory, typography, composition, hierarchy, spacing, and grid systems.
• Expert in Figma (components, prototyping, auto-layout, variables, design systems).
• Strong sense of brand consistency and design craft: pixel-perfect execution with a minimal, modern style.
• Understanding of cognitive psychology and decision-making principles applied to digital interaction.
• Experience working with developers to ensure smooth implementation and responsiveness across devices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to defend design choices with clarity and reasoning.
• Portfolio showing world-class aesthetic and UX quality, with before/after examples or measurable outcomes.

Preferred qualifications:

• Academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Communication Design.
• Experience in AI, Fintech, or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Hotjar, GA4, Mixpanel) and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
• English fluency for working with global design references and teams.D

The following skills are not strictly required but will make a candidate stand out:

• Experience designing data-intensive dashboards or analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with motion design and micro-interactions (After Effects, Lottie, Framer Motion).
• Understanding of information visualization and how to make complex data intuitive and beautiful.
• Experience contributing to or building design systems used across multiple products.
• Knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or React) to better collaborate with developers.
• Prior work in Fintech, AI, or SaaS startups with high visual and UX standards.
• Exposure to growth design or conversion optimization (landing page testing, A/B experiments).
• Experience mentoring other designers or leading design reviews.
• Strong visual storytelling skills — ability to communicate product ideas through narrative and prototypes.
