Misión del cargo:

Liderar el desarrollo e implementación de estrategias integrales para cuentas clave, alineadas con los objetivos del sector y las tendencias del mercado, asegurando el crecimiento sostenible del negocio y la excelencia en la experiencia del cliente. Impulsar relaciones estratégicas, generar propuestas de valor diferenciadas y posicionar a la organización como referente en los sectores de minería, energía e infraestructura, mediante liderazgo colaborativo y visión comercial. 

Responsabilidades 

Desarrollar e implementar la Estrategia de Cuenta

  • Liderar el desarrollo de la estrategia de cuenta del cliente en línea con las estrategias del sector de mercado a través de planes anuales y plurianuales.
  • Preparar planes de cuenta para traducir la estrategia en objetivos, acciones y resultados concretos.
  • Conocer las tendencias del mercado en minería, así como las variables financieras y no financieras que impulsan este mercado

Desarrollo del Cliente

  • Identificar los requerimientos del cliente con anticipación, antes de recibir las especificaciones de la licitación.
  • Impulsar el crecimiento general en las reservas del plan de cuenta del cliente, margen bruto, EBITA y DRO para cumplir o superar los objetivos planificados.
  • Apoyar en el desarrollo e implementación de una estrategia de posicionamiento/persuasión.
  • Mantener el enfoque en la Experiencia del Cliente en todas las interacciones y puntos de contacto.

Calificaciones y Experiencia:

  • Ingeniero/a civil (titulado/a).
  • Experiencia comprobable en desarrollo de negocios en minería.
  • Gestión de cuentas estratégicas en el sector minero.
  • Desarrollo de negocio (Business Development) y generación de oportunidades antes de licitaciones.
  • Relaciones con clientes corporativos y posicionamiento en mercados regionales.
  • Participación en conferencias y networking para visibilidad de marca.
  • Experiencia en trabajo con equipos globales y entornos multiculturales.
  • Inglés avanzado.
