What you will be doing:

This position is within the Creative Services team at Evalueserve Chile, supporting a leading global consulting company. Our design team consists of talented graphic artists, and we provide support in all the client's design needs, including a variety of marketing and advertising assets in both digital and print media, such as infographics, postcards, business cards, advertisements, brochures, event banners, sales/datasheets, email template designs, UX/UI visualization products, video, animations, motion graphics and more.

• Developing design collaterals, based on the company's branding and style requirements.
• Maintaining the graphic standards to align with corporate brand guidelines, acting as a steward of the company's brand and visual graphic standards.
• Understanding business requirements by using design software
• Designing and creating engaging, informative, and accurate data visualizations for publication across platforms.
• Visual storytelling skills and creativity to bring the requirements to life.

What we're looking for:

• Undergraduate degree (B.A. or B.S. in visual design, graphic design, art, or related field or equivalent academics) and the following skills:
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Adobe InDesign, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Additional knowledge of 3D software like C4D, Maya, Max, Unity 3D will be a plus.
• After effects y Premiere pro.
• Working knowledge of PowerPoint: o Production of slide decks: including assistance with developing appropriate and consistent formats, typing and proofreading. o Create and adapt presentation materials which adhere to company branding guidelines, and maintain consistency in style, tone, and messaging during rebranding efforts. o Create and share ideas, and concepts into easily digestible visual elements, such as charts, graphs, and infographics, to enhance audience understanding and engagement. o Improve and update existing presentation templates to ensure they remain fresh, modern, and visually appealing, particularly during rebranding initiatives.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Ability to work both independently and on a team, engaging with leadership confidently.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment within multiple projects.
• Ability to execute design solutions based on conceptual ideas.
• Solid business literacy and understanding of general business concepts.
