For our Santiago de Chile office, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Convention Sponsorship Sales Executive to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sponsorship opportunities for b2b conferences. This role requires a strong understanding of corporate sales, relationship management, and market trends within the events and hospitality industry. This is your opportunity to join an expanding conference company with an international presence and be a vital part of its future.
Your job responsibilities and requirements
- Manage the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to contract negotiation and post-event follow-up.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key partners and sponsors.
- Collaborate with the marketing and event production teams to ensure sponsor integration and delivery of agreed benefits.
- Track and analyze sponsorship performance to measure ROI and improve future offerings.
Your qualifications
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within a team.
- Fluent English skills, written and spoken, are indispensable; other languages are welcome
Benefits include
- Fast-track internal promotion opportunities based on performance and bottom-line results
- Base salary: CLP 7,000 per hour, with an excellent 10% commission on all self-generated sales
- Employment contract, part-time or full-time
