The Position
Como Practicante de Comunicación Interna, te unirás a un equipo dinámico donde tu creatividad será clave para fortalecer nuestra cultura y conectar a nuestros colaboradores. En este rol, tendrás la oportunidad única de desarrollar contenido visual impactante y dar voz a las historias que nos definen como organización. Trabajarás de la mano con diversas áreas del negocio para innovar en nuestros canales y estrategias de comunicación interna.
La Oportunidad
- Creas y desarrollas contenidos atractivos en formatos escritos, digitales y audiovisuales para potenciar nuestros canales internos
- Capturas y editas material fotográfico y de video, asegurando una alta calidad visual en la cobertura de nuestros eventos corporativos
- Diseñas piezas gráficas innovadoras, incluyendo infografías, presentaciones y animaciones, alineadas a nuestra identidad visual
- Colaboras activamente con las distintas divisiones de negocio para gestionar y ejecutar sus solicitudes de comunicación de manera efectiva
- Propones soluciones creativas para optimizar el uso de nuestros medios y maximizar el impacto de los mensajes internos
- Participas en la planificación y organización de iniciativas que fomentan un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo e informado
Quién eres
- Eres estudiante de pregrado y estarás matriculado en la universidad durante todo el contrato (hasta 6 meses)
- Eres estudiante activo de las carreras de Comunicaciones, Periodismo, Publicidad, Diseño Gráfico o Dirección Audiovisual
- Cuentas con un manejo intermedio/avanzado de herramientas de edición y diseño como Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator y Canva
- Te comunicas de manera efectiva gracias a tu excelente redacción, ortografía y nivel intermedio del idioma inglés
- Te caracterizas por tu proactividad, creatividad y excelentes habilidades para el relacionamiento y trabajo en equipo
- Posees una sólida capacidad de planificación y organización para gestionar múltiples tareas y entregas
Deseable
- Conocimientos adicionales en herramientas de gestión de contenidos digitales o plataformas de comunicación interna
