Technical Lead.

¿Qué harás?

  • Liderar técnica y operativamente al equipo de desarrollo e integración del proyecto CRM.
  • Traducir definiciones de arquitectura en implementaciones concretas sobre tecnologías
    AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, S3, RDS, Glue)
    .
  • Supervisar la implementación de
    APIs, eventos y microservicios
    , garantizando consistencia y desacoplamiento entre sistemas CRM y corporativos.
  • Colaborar con arquitectos de soluciones y de dominio para mantener la coherencia de la arquitectura regional.
  • Guiar al equipo en la resolución de problemas técnicos complejos, optimización de performance y buenas prácticas ágiles.


¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación en
    Ingeniería en Informática, Sistemas o carrera afín
    .
  • +3 años
    de experiencia liderando equipos técnicos o como
    Technical Lead
    .
  • Experiencia sólida en
    AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, Step Functions, API Gateway, S3, RDS, Glue)
    .
  • Conocimiento en
    arquitecturas desacopladas y middleware
    .
  • Capacidad para coordinar equipos multidisciplinarios y mantener la calidad técnica del ecosistema CRM.
  • Deseable experiencia en
    proyectos de integración regional o plataformas omnicanal
    .
