Analista de Atención a Clientes – Quilicura

Ubicación: Quilicura, Santiago

Horario: Lunes a viernes, horario de oficina

Modalidad: Presencial inicialmente, con posibilidad de teletrabajo posterior

Para nuestro cliente, una importante empresa dedicada a la venta de lubricantes y aditivos para combustible, nos encontramos en búsqueda de un/a Analista/a de Atención a Clientes para integrarse a su equipo en Quilicura.

Buscamos personas con fuertes habilidades comunicacionales, orientación al cliente y capacidad para gestionar requerimientos de forma efectiva y empática, tanto en el ámbito comercial como postventa.

Idealmente, se requiere experiencia en servicio al cliente en el rubro industrial, especialmente en áreas de customer service, atención postventa o soporte a clientes B2B.

Funciones:
  • Atender y gestionar consultas de clientes de manera presencial, telefónica y digital.
  • Brindar información clara y oportuna sobre productos y servicios.
  • Resolver inquietudes o incidencias, asegurando una experiencia satisfactoria para el cliente.
  • Registrar y dar seguimiento a solicitudes en los sistemas internos.
  • Coordinar con otras áreas para garantizar una atención ágil y eficiente.
Requisitos:
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, idealmente en rubros industriales o empresas de servicios técnicos.
  • Experiencia en gestión postventa y/o áreas de customer service.
  • Manejo de herramientas digitales y sistemas de gestión.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, resolución de problemas y trabajo colaborativo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar inicialmente de forma presencial en Quilicura.
