Optimizar el
funnel
de calificación de
leads
con IA y automatizaciones
a nivel regional, implementando mejoras continuas basadas en datos.

¿Qué harás en el día a día? (Responsabilidades Clave)

  • Diseño y Optimización de Flujos: Diseñar y optimizar flujos de trabajo (workflow) para maximizar la eficiencia.
  • Gestión de IA: Gestionar y mejorar las plataformas de Inteligencia Artificial , y potenciar la adopción de IA en el área de SDR y equipos relacionados.
  • Integraciones y Soporte: Realizar integraciones y proveer soporte técnico.
  • Monitoreo y Mejora Continua: Monitorear flujos y aplicar mejora continua basada en datos para documentar e implementar mejoras de forma ágil.
  • Capacitación: Capacitar y mantener actualizados a los equipos relacionados.

Lo que Necesitas para el Rol

  • Formación: Ingeniería Comercial, Industrial, Procesos o Lógica.
  • Experiencia: 0 a 2 años en áreas como comercial, automatización, gestión de flujos o IA conversacional.

  • Conocimientos Específicos:

  • Conocimientos de Marketing Digital (deseable) y Automatización.

  • Manejo de herramientas CRM (Salesforce, Kommo, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.) y de Automatización (Zapier, Make y plataformas de IA).
  • Habilidades en análisis de datos, dashboards y mejora de procesos.
