Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and pioneering Sales Specialist to promote Haier Biomedical's
Fully Automated Pharmacy Solution
in the Chilean market. Your primary mission is to develop and manage a local distributor network through a
B2B solution sales model
, jointly driving the adoption of smart pharmacy products in public hospitals, private hospitals, and large-scale pharmacies. If you thrive on challenges, possess sharp business acumen, and are eager to grow rapidly in a high-growth technology-medical field, we look forward to your application

Core Responsibilities

  1. Solution-Based Sales
    : Gain a deep understanding of customer (hospital/pharmacy) pain points in drug management, provide tailored fully automated pharmacy solutions, and achieve sales targets.
  2. Distributor Network Development & Management
    : Proactively identify, evaluate, onboard, and manage local distributors, establishing long-term and stable channel partnerships.
  3. Training & Support
    : Provide distributors with product knowledge, technical explanations, sales tools, and market strategy support to empower partners for mutual growth.
  4. Market & Competitor Insight
    : Gather end-customer needs, market competition information, and provide feedback to product and marketing teams to support localized strategy optimization.
  5. Project Coordination
    : Collaborate closely with internal technical, after-sales, and marketing teams to drive projects from sales to successful implementation.

Qualifications

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience, with strong commercial communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skilled in developing new clients and managing partner relationships; prior experience in distributor development or channel sales is preferred.
  • Strong learning agility and initiative, with the ability to quickly understand automated/mechanical products and solutions.
  • Proficient in
    Spanish
    as a working language; proficiency in English or Chinese is a plus for business communication.
  • Based in Chile with a valid work permit.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales of mechanical, automation, equipment products, IT, or solution-based sales.
  • Experience in sales to hospitals, pharmacies, medical institutions, or government projects is preferred.
