En Innomar, buscamos para un cliente Retail a un
Security Lead
con sólida experiencia en
ciberseguridad y diseño de arquitecturas seguras
para liderar la implementación de medidas de protección en sistemas, infraestructura y plataformas del proyecto.

Propósito del cargo:

Diseñar, implementar y mantener los estándares de seguridad, garantizar la segregación de funciones (SoD), el cumplimiento normativo y la protección de datos sensibles conforme a la Ley

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Definir requerimientos de seguridad para soluciones SaaS bajo normas SOC2, ISO 27001 y PCI Compliance. "INDISPENSABLE"
  • Evaluar y aprobar arquitecturas, identificando vulnerabilidades y proponiendo mejoras.
  • Integrar prácticas de ciberseguridad desde el diseño del proyecto.
  • Implementar controles y medidas de ofuscación de datos sensibles, integrando herramientas como
    OneTrust
    .
  • Revisar la gestión de accesos y perfiles (ABM) asegurando cumplimiento y control funcional.

Requisitos y competencias:

  • Experiencia:
    5 a 7 años total, al menos 3 en cargos similares.
  • Formación:
    Ingeniería en Seguridad o afín.
  • Certificaciones deseables:
    AWS Solution Architect, Security Specialty, GCP Security Engineer, Azure Certified, CISP, CSSP, GDPR, SOC2.

Conocimientos técnicos INDISPENSABLES:

  • Ingeniería de seguridad avanzada.
  • Diseño de soluciones en nubes (AWS, Azure o GCP).
  • Arquitectura de sistemas y bases de datos.
  • Manejo avanzado de Excel y nivel intermedio en diseño BBDD.
  • Idiomas:
    Inglés básico-intermedio.

Competencias clave:
pensamiento crítico, resolución de problemas, comunicación efectiva, negociación y orientación a resultados.
